Snow-inspired:
I told you in my last post that it’s all white here. It’s snowing continuously day and night since last few days. Even though snow plowers on streets are working 24/7, but there is still so much of snow everywhere.
I love nature’s pure white beauty and that love inspired me to share something as pretty as white snow.
After seeing so much white stuff since last week, I went a little further and made lemon Cheesecake mousse cups twice already.
But why did I have to make it twice?
Well my camera hanged during the process while shooting the first time I made this. I didn’t realize this while shooting. Later when I found about this, I just couldn’t let go of the partly recorded video by then, and that pushed me to make an entire video again.
Surely for shooting the video again, I had to make this mousse again.
We finished the entire batch of 4 servings on the same day when I made it. So I didn’t hesitate in making it again just the next day, because I knew that my family will polish it off in no time. And that thought itself cheered me up.
Calories are much needed for warmth during winter:
I know there are some calories in any dessert, but this is worth every bite! This is especially true in this cold weather when we all need some energy to keep ourselves warm, moving, and charged.
