  1. Cut the avocados in half and remove the pits. Scoop out the flesh and place it into a blender or food processor.
  2. Add the melted dark chocolate and blend until smooth and creamy. Line a dish or loaf pan with parchment paper.
  3. Transfer the avocado mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top with a spoon or spatula to even it out. Refrigerate the fudge for at least 1-2 hours or until firm.
  4. Once set, lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper and cut it into bite-sized squares. Generously dust the surface with unsweetened cocoa powder, or coat them entirely if desired. Your no-cook avocado fudge is ready! Enjoy your healthy, no-cook treat.
