  1. Slice the avocados and remove the seeds. Add the avocado flesh to a blender along with the frozen bananas, milk, vanilla extract, and maple syrup.
  2. Blend well until smooth. Pour into serving glasses, add a dollop of ice cream, and enjoy!

RECIPE NOTES

  1. To keep it healthy and naturally sweetened, I used maple syrup and bananas. If you don't want to use added sweetener, avoid adding maple syrup; this milkshake will still be sweet. For an indulging variation, you can also add some sweetened condensed milk to it.
  2. Choose any milk of your choice. If you find the milkshake too thick, then add a little milk at first, and add more if needed until you reach your preferred consistency.
