RECIPE INGREDIENTS

- 3 avocados
- 2 frozen bananas
- 2.5 cups milk of choice, or as needed
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup, or to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Vanilla ice cream (optional)
RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS
» For making Avocado Milkshake
- Slice the avocados and remove the seeds. Add the avocado flesh to a blender along with the frozen bananas, milk, vanilla extract, and maple syrup.
- Blend well until smooth. Pour into serving glasses, add a dollop of ice cream, and enjoy!
RECIPE NOTES
- To keep it healthy and naturally sweetened, I used maple syrup and bananas. If you don't want to use added sweetener, avoid adding maple syrup; this milkshake will still be sweet. For an indulging variation, you can also add some sweetened condensed milk to it.
- Choose any milk of your choice. If you find the milkshake too thick, then add a little milk at first, and add more if needed until you reach your preferred consistency.
