- Desiccated coconut - ½ cup
- Milk - 1 cup

- In a blender, combine the milk, banana, raspberries, sugar and coconut to a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Pour chilled smoothie into glasses and top with 2 dollops of ice cream, 1 tablespoon of raspberry jam, chopped almonds, and some raisins.
