RECIPE INGREDIENTS

- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 Cup unsweetened almond milk or any other milk of your choice
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, or vanilla extract
- 5 tablespoons chia seeds
RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS

- Add frozen blueberries, milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon powder, and honey to a or food processor and until smooth.
- Add chia seeds and mix well.
- Seal the jar and let it sit for 5 minutes. After that, stir the pudding again to make sure that there are no lumps at the bottom. Refrigerate for 4 hours or until set. You can also freeze it overnight.
- Divide the pudding into 2 glasses.
- Top with a generous amount of coconut whipped cream of natural yogurt.
- Add some fresh blueberries on the top and enjoy.
RECIPE NOTES
- I have used frozen blueberries for this recipe because they give a nice thick texture. However, you can surely use fresh ones.
- If you dont have enough blueberries, then you can also add other berries like strawberry or raspberry.
- This recipe yields 2 jar sized servings. But you can easily double or triple this recipe as per your need.
- To make it vegan, replace honey with maple syrup.
