- Chickpea curry - 1 cup
- Onion chopped - 1
- Tomato chopped - 1
- Coriander chopped - 1 tablespoon

- Preheat oven at 350°F/ 175°C.
- Cut 2-inch circles from the centre of your bread slices. Apply some olive oil on both sides and press into a muffin tray, so they take the shape of the mold.
- Bake in pre-heated oven for 20-25 minutes, till the edges of the bread cups, begin to turn brown.
- Fill the bread cups with a tablespoon of the chickpea curry, and top with chopped onions, chopped tomatoes. Garnish and serve immediately.
