RECIPE NOTES
- For this chips chaat, I didn't want chips? flavors to interfere with chaat flavorings. So I opted for Taffel's salted chips but you can use any of your favorite chips.
- For this chaat, I have only used one type of chips, but you can also use a combination of different chips. They would taste great.
- Keep the ingredients handy, and when you are planning to serve then only assemble the chips chaat. This way you will prevent it from turning soggy.
