RECIPE INGREDIENTS
» For Cold coffee:
- 2.5 tablespoons instant coffee powder or 40ml brewed strong black coffee
- 2 tablespoons sugar (optional)
- 2.5 cups or 750 ml of full-fat milk (you can also use skim milk or coconut milk)
- 4 scoops vanilla ice cream + 2 scoops for topping
- A piece of chocolate or cookie for topping (optional)
» For Choco Cold Coffee:
- 300ml cold coffee
- whipping cream
- 1.5 tablespoons drinking chocolate
- cocoa powder for sprinkle
RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS
» Make Cold coffee:
- Pour the chilled milk, sugar, instant coffee powder, vanilla ice cream into a blender.
- Blitz until it is the consistency of a smoothie.
- Dress up a tall glass with chocolate syrup or ganache. Pour half of the coffee straight into a tall glass.
- Top with a scoop of ice cream and chocolate shavings. Serve chilled.
» Make Choco Cold Coffee:
- Add drinking chocolate to remained cold coffee, and blitz for 30 seconds.
- Dress up a tall glass with chocolate syrup or ganache.
- Pour half of the coffee straight into a tall glass.
- Top with whipping cream.
- Sprinkle some cocoa powder and add a chocolate to finish. Serve chilled.
