- 1 vanilla bagel
- 1/4 cup cottage cheese
- 1 tablespoon strawberry jam, or any jam of your choice
- For topping:
- 1 tablespoon strawberry jam
- 1 tablespoon almond flakes
RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS
» How To Make Cottage Cheese Bagel
- Slice the vanilla bagel in half and keep it aside. Tip: If you like a crispy bagel, feel free to toast it slightly.
- In a mixing bowl, add cottage cheese and 1 tablespoon of strawberry jam, or to taste. Mix well until well combined.
- Place the vanilla bagel halves on a serving plate. Top the bagels with the cottage cheese jam mixture.
- Sprinkle them with almond flakes, and top with some more jam.
- Your Cottage Cheese Jam Bagels are ready to be served. Enjoy them as a delicious breakfast, or a late-night snack with your favorite drink.
RECIPE NOTES
- I have topped this bagel with some jam and almond flakes. You can go with any topping of your choice. You can even sprinkle them with cinnamon sugar.
- I have used the bagel without toasting, but you can also toast it in a pan or in an air fryer until golden brown for the perfect texture before assembling.
