RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS

- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Add one cup of cottage cheese to a blender along with two eggs. Also, add garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, black pepper powder, and a pinch of salt. Blend until everything is nice and smooth.
- Once blended, pour the mixture onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Spread it evenly with a spatula, and gently tap to remove air bubbles. Sprinkle with some Italian seasoning.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the flatbread is cooked and has golden brown spots. Once baked, remove it from the oven and let it cool for a bit. Remove the bread from the baking tray and transfer it onto a chopping board.
