RECIPE INGREDIENTS

- 1/2 cup gluten-free oats
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk of your choice
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1.5 tablespoons sweetener (maple syrup or honey)
- 1 tablespoon hazelnut butter
- 2 tablespoons toasted crushed hazelnuts, divided
- 1-2 tablespoons Nutella (optional)
- 1.5 tablespoons melted dark chocolate for the shell
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder

- Chopped hazelnuts
RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS
» How to Make Ferrero Rocher Overnight Oats
- To a medium bowl, add oats, chia seeds, hazelnut butter (for a classic Ferrero Rocher taste), maple syrup, 1 tablespoon crushed hazelnuts, cocoa powder, Greek yogurt, and your chosen milk. Mix well until well combined.
- Transfer it to a serving dish, cover with plastic wrap, and chill for 4 hours or overnight. Once set, add a layer of the remaining crushed hazelnuts. Top with Nutella or another hazelnut spread.
- Drizzle with melted dark chocolate over the top to form a 'shell' and smooth the top. Gently tap and chill for 5-10 minutes. Garnish with berries and crushed hazelnuts, and enjoy this extra chocolatey Ferrero Rocher overnight oats.
RECIPE NOTES
- I have added toasted hazelnuts to the overnight oats recipe to give it a crunchy and nutty taste similar to Ferrero Rocher's outer layer.
- For making a vegan version, use unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk. Also, swap Greek yogurt with vegan yogurt alternatives and Nutella with a vegan chocolate spread.
