RECIPE INGREDIENTS
» For Fruit Salad
- 2 Bananas
- 1 large-sized mango
- 1 large-sized apple
- 3 kiwis
- 1 cup orange
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup black & green grapes
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 1 cup pomegranate arils, chilled
- Mint leaves for garnishing (optional)
» For Dressing:
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Juice from 1 orange
- 3-4 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS
» Prepare the Fruits
- Peel and slice the bananas. Dice the mango and apple. Peel and slice the kiwis. Chop the orange. Rinse the blueberries, grapes, and raspberries. Tip: Make sure all the fruits are chilled.
» Prepare the Dressing
- In a small bowl, whisk together the juice of 1/2 lemon, orange juice, honey, and sea salt until well combined.
» Assemble Fruit Salad
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the bananas, mango, apple, kiwis, oranges, blueberries, black and green grapes, raspberries, and pomegranate arils. Pour the dressing over the mixed fruits in the large bowl. Gently toss the fruits to coat them evenly with the dressing. Garnish with fresh mint leaves, if desired. Enjoy your fresh and delicious fruit salad immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving for a refreshing treat.
