RECIPE INGREDIENTS

- 3 cups brown spiral pasta
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt, as per taste
- 4 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 2 tsp curry powder
- 1 cup onion, sliced
- 2 cups tomato, chopped
- 1 fresh red chili, chopped
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 2 tbsp garlic, minced
- 1 cup french fries or potato chips
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS

- Heat a pan with water, and boil your pasta according to the instructions on packet. Drain, and keep it aside.
- Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a pan. Add onions and chopped red chili to oil. Cook for 3 minutes, and add tomato, garlic, salt, 1 tsp oregano and mix well.
- Cook for two more minutes, and add curry powder, and tomato ketchup and mix well. Cook for 5 minute more. Pasta Sauce is ready.
- Add pasta to the prepared sauce, and mix well, and remove from heat.
