RECIPE INGREDIENTS
» For Grape Salad
- 1 cup seedless red grapes
- 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 2 cups watercress, washed and trimmed
- 1/4 cup walnuts, roughly chopped
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta
- 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
» For the Dressing
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Pinch of red pepper flakes (adjust to your spice preference)
RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS
» Prepare the Veggies
- Wash and de-stem grapes. You can either halve the grapes or use them whole. Set aside.
- Thinly slice 1/2 cucumber. Reserve for the salad.
» Make the Lemon Vinaigrette:
- In a jar, add the minced garlic, fresh lemon juice, olive oil, honey, dried oregano, red pepper flakes, and pepper to taste.
