» How to Prepare Greek Frappe:

  1. In a shaker or jar, combine 2 teaspoons of instant coffee, 2-4 teaspoons of sugar, and 2-3 teaspoons of cold water (just enough to cover the coffee and sugar). Add a few ice cubes to the shaker.
  2. Close the lid tightly and shake vigorously for about 1-2 minutes, or until the mixture becomes frothy and the ice cubes begin to melt. Fill a tall glass halfway with ice cubes.
  3. Pour the frothy coffee mixture over the ice in the glass. Add chilled milk to fill the glass further, if desired. Insert a straw and give it a gentle stir. Your refreshing Greek Frappe is ready to be served immediately. Enjoy!

RECIPE NOTES

  1. I used nescafe instant coffee for this recipe, but you can use any instant coffee you like.
  2. Instead of milk, you can also use chilled water for this frappe.
