RECIPE INGREDIENTS

- 1/3 cup (80 ml) brewed coffee, cooled
- 1.5 tablespoons caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup full cream milk, chilled
- 2-3 ice cubes
- Whipped cream, optional (for topping)
- Additional caramel sauce, optional (for topping)
RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS
» How to Make Iced Caramel Latte
- In a glass, add the cooled coffee (or 1.5 espresso shots) along with 1.5 tablespoons of caramel sauce (or caramel syrup). Use a milk frother to slightly froth the mixture, or stir well until the caramel sauce is fully dissolved. You can also drizzle some caramel sauce inside the glass for decoration.
- Place 2-3 ice cubes in the glass. Slowly pour the chilled full cream milk over the coffee and caramel mixture. Top your latte with whipped cream.
- Drizzle additional caramel sauce over the whipped cream. Stir the Iced Caramel Latte gently and enjoy immediately a refreshing treat!
RECIPE NOTES
- Use high-quality coffee/espresso and caramel sauce/syrup for the best flavor.
- Sweetener: For me, caramel sauce is enough. But if you prefer a sweeter taste, then feel free to add a sweetener of your choice according to your taste. If you are using sweetener, add it to the coffee along with the caramel sauce and blend.
