RECIPE INGREDIENTS
» For Iced Rose Latte
- Double shot of espresso or 2 teaspoons of instant coffee
- 60 ml hot water, if using instant coffee
- 30 ml rose syrup
- 120 ml milk of your choice
RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS
» For making Iced Rose Latte
- Add 4 teaspoons of instant coffee into a cup. Pour in 60 ml of boiling water and stir well until the coffee has dissolved. Or slightly froth the coffee using a milk frother. Keep it aside.
- Fill a 350 ml tall glass to the top with ice cubes. Pour the freshly brewed espresso over the ice cubes.
- Top with rose syrup and milk. You can also garnish rise latte with dried rose petals.
- Stir the drink. Serve and enjoy.
RECIPE NOTES
- If you want deep floral aroma, then you can also add a splash of rose water or a few drops of rose extract to this rose milk coffee.
- I have added milk without frothing. However, if you want the creamy foam in your latte then I would recommend frothing the milk before pouring it over the coffee.
- If you want creamy coffee then you can replace half of the milk with coffee creamer.
