- Whipping cream - 400 ml
- Powdered sugar - ½ cup ½ cup
- Cream cheese at room temperature - 400g
- Vanilla - 1 tsp
- Lemon zest - 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice - 1½ tbsp

- White chocolate Shavings
- Rainbow nonpareils or any other sprinkles (Optional)
RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS
» How to Make No-Bake Cream Cheese Lemon Mousse //
- In a large bowl, using an electric hand mixer beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until light and soft.
- In an another bowl, using an electric hand mixer, whip together the whipping cream and sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Add the whip cheese mixture, lemon zest, and lemon juice into to the cream cheese mixture and fold in gently to combine well.
- Transfer the mixture to a piping bag.
- Pipe mousse into your serving glasses.
- Refrigerate for 3 hours or until chilled.
- Sprinkle with white chocolate shavings and rainbow nonpareils and enjoy.
