- pineapple, cut into chunks - 1 cup
- frozen raspberries - ½ cup
- frozen blueberries - ½ cup
- greek yogurt - 1 cup
- honey as per taste
RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS
» Making Smoothie //
- Add raspberries, ¼ cup yogurt and 1 tsp honey to a jar and blend until smooth. Set aside.
- Add blueberries, ¼ cup yogurt and 1 tsp honey to a jar and blend until smooth. Set aside.
- Add pineapple, ½ cup yogurt and 2 tsp honey to a jar and blend until smooth. Set aside.
» Serving //
- To layer smoothie, gently spoon equal amounts of raspberry smoothie into each of four glasses. Repeat with pineapple smoothie and blueberry smoothie. Garnish with pineapple chunks, and serve immediately.
