RECIPE INGREDIENTS
» For Rose Milkshake
- 1 cup vanilla ice cream
- 2 cups chilled milk
- 2-3 tablespoons rose syrup
- 1-2 tablespoons edible dried rose petals
- A few drops of rose extract, optional
» For Garnishing
- Sliced pistachios
- Rose syrup
- Dried rose petals
RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS
» How to Make Rose Milkshake
- Add 1 cup of vanilla ice cream, 2 cups of your favorite milk, 2-3 tablespoons rose syrup, and 1-2 tablespoons edible dried rose petals into a blender. Blend until smooth.
- To serve, add a scoop of ice cream to serving glasses, then pour the chilled rose milkshake over it. Top with chopped pistachios, dried rose petals, and a drizzle of rose syrup. The Rose Milkshake is ready; enjoy it chilled.
RECIPE NOTES
- I have used vanilla ice cream in this milkshake recipe, but you can also use rose ice cream for a deeper rose flavor, or use strawberry ice cream.
- If you are serving them at parties, you might want them to be chilled for a long time. For this purpose, you can chill your serving glasses in the freezer for 10-15 minutes before pouring the milkshake.
