» How to Make Strawberry Juice

  1. Rinse the fresh strawberries under running water and let them dry. Hull the strawberries by removing the green leafy tops. Add the hulled strawberries to a blender.
  2. Also, add 3-4 tablespoons of sugar, adjusting according to your desired level of sweetness. Add 2 cups of chilled water to the blender.
  3. Blend on high speed until smooth. For a smoother juice, you can strain it using a sieve. Your delicious and refreshing strawberry juice is ready.
  4. To serve, add ice cubes to a serving glass and pour the strawberry juice into the glass.
  5. To store, pour it into a sterilized bottle along with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and chill in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.

RECIPE NOTES

  1. For a smoother consistency, blend it at high speed.
