RECIPE INGREDIENTS

- 600 grams fresh strawberries
- 2 cups chilled water
- 3-4 tablespoons sugar, or to taste
- Ice cubes for serving

» How to Make Strawberry Juice
- Rinse the fresh strawberries under running water and let them dry. Hull the strawberries by removing the green leafy tops. Add the hulled strawberries to a blender.
- Also, add 3-4 tablespoons of sugar, adjusting according to your desired level of sweetness. Add 2 cups of chilled water to the blender.
- Blend on high speed until smooth. For a smoother juice, you can strain it using a sieve. Your delicious and refreshing strawberry juice is ready.
- To serve, add ice cubes to a serving glass and pour the strawberry juice into the glass.
- To store, pour it into a sterilized bottle along with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and chill in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
RECIPE NOTES
- For a smoother consistency, blend it at high speed.
- To avoid too much and too quick dilution, add ice cubes at the time of serving.
