RECIPE INGREDIENTS
» For Summer Melon Dessert:
- 1/2 medium-sized canary melon (You can also use honeydew melon or cantaloupe melon)
- 2 tablespoons sugar or as needed
» For serving:
- Mint/cilantro (coriander) leaves
- Lemon wedges
RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS
» Making Summer Melon Dessert:
- Cut a chilled melon into the half.
- Remove the seeds, and remove the rind.
- Chop melon into 1/2 inch pieces.
- Add chopped melon pieces to a mixing bowl.
- Add sugar and mix well to combine.
- Divide kharbuje ka panna into 4 serving glasses/bowls. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to 4 hours.
- To serve, garnish with mint leaves, and lemon wedges. Serve chilled.
