RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS

» Making Carrot Fettucinni //

  1. Peel carrot into ribbons.
  2. Soak them in ice cold water for 15 minutes.
  3. Drain and set aside.
  4. In a mortar pastel, add ginger, garlic, tahini paste, soya sauce salt, pepper and grind well.

» Making Veggie Szechuan Sauce //

  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Once hot, add julienned bell peppers (yellow + ornage), spring onions and saute for 1 minute.
  3. Add tahini garlic paste, szechuan sauce. Mix well and cook for another minute.
  4. Add salt, pepper, hot chili sauce, and mix well. Cook for 1 minute.
  5. Add tomato ketchup and cook 2 minutes.
  6. Turn off heat. Add carrot ribbons.
  7. Toss well until combined.
  8. Add carrot fettuccine to a serving dish, top with fresh carrot ribbons, spring onions and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  9. Serve immediately, and enjoy!
