RECIPE INGREDIENTS

- 1 large orange, peeled & segmented
- 2 medium sized kiwi, peeled & sliced
- 2 large-sized bananas, peeled & sliced into 1/2 inch pieces
- 4 skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS
» For making Tri-colour Fruit Skewers
- Place all the fruits, on a wooden board. Thread the kiwi slice, banana slice, orange slice onto skewer, repeat the order.
- Thread rest of the skewers. Serve them as it is with a chocolate or caramel dip. Alternatively, you can also grill the skewers.
RECIPE NOTES
- To make your fruit kebabs more indulgent, you can drizzle some melted chocolate or caramel over them before serving.
- This is a tri-colour fruit kebab recipe, so I used only 3 fruits. Here, you can add as many fruits as you want. Any combination of fruits can be used here. Some popular options include watermelon, mangoes, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, apples, etc.
