RECIPE INGREDIENTS

- 1 cup of plain whole milk Greek yogurt
- 3/4 cup sliced strawberries
- 1-2 tablespoons of pure maple syrup
- 1/4 cup of chia seeds

- Additional Greek yogurt
- More strawberries
- Extra maple syrup
- Sliced kiwis
- Sunflower seeds
- Chopped walnuts
RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS
» For making Yogurt Chia Pudding
- Add the yogurt, strawberries, and maple syrup to a blender and blend until smooth. The strawberry yogurt base is now ready.
- Add the chia seeds to the strawberry yogurt and mix well to combine. Cover the jar with a lid and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes. For best results, you can chill it for up to 4 hours or overnight.
- Divide the pudding between two serving dishes. Top each serving with about 2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt, then add strawberries, kiwis, walnuts, and sunflower seeds. Drizzle with some maple syrup. Your filling and delicious strawberry yogurt chia pudding is ready to be served chilled!
