Start by rinsing the kale and drying it well with paper towels or a clean cloth. Then remove the stems; make sure to not skip this part. Now, tear or chop the leaves into 2 inch or bite-sized pieces.

Add salt, oil, and desired seasonings to the kale piece and massage them to create a thin layer of oil.
Sprinkle on some salt then toss everything into your air fryer basket.
Now spread the leaves into the air fryer basket in a single layer. You might need to do this process in batches.
