HAPPY FRIDAY!! Oops, I meant ‘Happy Thursday’, I guess a weekend lover inside me did that typo.
But seriously, aren’t you just so ready for the weekend? And some cheesecake shots? Awesome.
Continuing the trend of awesomeness, guess what? I am hearing about newborn babies everywhere! Nope, I am not lying. Since this morning, all I am hearing is the news of births or seeing them myself.
Don’t believe me? I will tell you what really happened.
The first baby: Saw her, at the apartment lift! How crazy is that? Did I saw a baby in the lift? Yes, you read it right. I saw a newborn baby as cute as a button in our apartment lift when Little-A and I were going to her Kindergarten.
One of my neighbors gave birth to a supercute baby girl last week.
The second baby: There’s a boy named Jack in Little-A’s kindergarten. When we reached there today, Jack was there with her Mom and his little baby brother! Isn’t it magical?
I already knew that Jack’s Mom and my neighbor were pregnant. But seeing them one by one the same day, is something I didn’t expect.
Wait! There is something more I want to tell you. I also found out and saw pictures of two more newborns today.
The third baby: I got a message from my friend that she gave birth to a baby boy yesterday. Whoa! Out of nowhere, and I didn’t know about her pregnancy. But it felt delightful to hear this news.
The fourth baby: And then, when I called my Mom, she told me that one of my cousins has adopted a 2-month-old baby girl yesterday. Another bundle of joy in the family. 🙂 Boundless Super-awesomeness.
Dessert calling: Oh gosh! Am I dreaming? Babies and babies all around! Babies are the cutest and purest form of god’s creation. And their arrival is greatly welcomed.
So I guess hearing some good news about babies means we need to have something sweet today to cherish this moment. Thus, my today’s recipe is dedicated to these 4 babies I saw today. First I had plans to share another recipe, but now I just want to share this one only.
Why? Because I saw 4 cute babies today and I have 4 cute cheesecake shots to celebrate their births! 🙂
Alright, I am done talking about babies. I might sound like I just came out of the maternity hospital, and I really need to stop now. But gosh, they are cute. 🙂
Let’s talk about these Cheesecake Shots – 4 Ways. They are so much fun. And oh, they are super delicious too!
We all love easy peasy cheesecake shots. Ain’t we? And then I thought I should give them 4 different flavors. I got ideas for 3 different flavors right then. Caramel for Abhishek, Strawberry for Little-A and Coffee for me.
And then I kept thinking about an EXTRA flavor which we all three can enjoy!
🙂
An idea can change life for good: Then I got the idea about using blueberries. Thus, I made the most epic desserts which are PERFECT for single servings, and they are according to everyone’s taste!
The initial idea was that each one of us would take the glass of his or her choice. But later, it made more sense to share our shots with each other. That means, every time we ate from the same glass! 🙂 And the glasses got empty in a blink!
But I still could not figure it out, how come Little-A’s glass emptied much faster than ours. 😉
Easy and quick: These are so super simple and easy. Just some beating, folding and assembling everything in cute glass jars and refrigerating. You see, easy and simple, pretty and delicious! Result?
