Time for muffins shout-out: Yay! It’s awesome muffins shout-out time because I think there’s nothing like a dream of citrusy muffin which is towards the healthier side. How does that sound?
I told you about the unpredictable weather in my last post about HONEYDEW SALAD. Well, nothing has changed much since then, except the weather is a little cooler. But at least now I know there is nothing to contemplate in terms of weather. Cold breeze and thunderstorms are absolutely fine for me. 😉
Cold weather, warm muffins: There’s nothing better like a warm muffin on a cold rainy day. Who would miss any warmth when you get it in terms of delicious food. Agree?
3-ways are fun: I’m telling you all this because I have oats orange muffins in 3 ways and so much to chat about them. So ladies and gentlemen I bring to you 3 ways of making oats orange muffins.
The muffins batter is super simple and exactly the same for all these 3 types of muffins. But the difference is in the shapes and sizes, and that would wow you!
So here we go — Eggless Oats Orange Muffins 3 Ways!
Muffin 1 = Heart shaped muffins.
Muffin 2 = Muffins in muffins cup.
Muffin 3 = Muffins in orange cups.
They are everything: They are breakfast, they are brunch, they are late night snacks. Basically they are everything. So call them whatever suits you! May be you can have specific shaped muffins for specific times.
An example: Let’s take this as an example — heart shaped muffins for dessert after dinner. Aww, wouldn’t that be so romantic? Imagine just two of you having these heart shaped muffins along with a glass of milk and watching a romantic movie.
That’s a picture perfect scene to me. So for me, heart shaped oats muffins are meant to be consumed after dinner. So fun, so cute and so tasty. YUM YUM!!!
What say? Does this plan lure you? If yes, then pretty good. I am super happy for you.
How about another type? Not the romantic type, I have something else for you. I also have muffins which would make a great breakfast, which is also tasty and citrusy. Oats are considered good for breakfast and then orange juice is another best thing you have for breakfast.
Isn’t it? And it’s icing on the cake, if they are made into muffins. 🙂
They will quickly become your favorite breakfast muffin recipes.
Want something more? Don’t worry. I have one more type of these muffins. And I am sure this one won’t let you go anywhere.
How about an oats orange muffin in a cup made or orange? Yay! I know it must have caught your attention.
Simple to make: Scoop out orange pulp, and fill the muffin batter in those empty cups, sprinkle some oats and bake. And the most beautiful muffin of the 21st century is in front of you! 🙂

Kids would love these: How fun would it be to have a muffin in an orange cup? They will surely grab the attention of kids, no matter whether you’re making them for a party, get together, or simply for home.
And they are even more pleasurable if you make all of 3 ways then everyone could try each one and pick their favorites.
You can make them all 3 ways or make just one or two, either way I feel like everyone should be able to enjoy something.

Make them with your kids. They will love these muffin-making fun ideas like mine does! She loves to eat them all 3 ways. But if you ask me about her preferred ranking, then they are like this: 1 is Heart shaped muffins. 2 is Muffins in orange cups. 3 is Muffins in muffins tray.
Orange, oatmeal and figs are all totally dreamy: My family members go nuts for them. If you serve these muffins all warm and steamy straight from the oven, you will just adore that feeling.
I have to warn you that you wouldn’t stop eating at just one, because you want to try all 3 types. SO go ahead and try them all — they’re not huge. 😉

Healthy too: Oats are healthy. So the muffins made using oats are an healthier option too. Oats also add a nice texture. Be sure to sprinkle plenty on top of the muffins before baking. And these muffins are Eggless, VEGAN and dairy-free too.
All 3 types of muffins come together so quickly and I am so much in love about how they are power-packed with orange flavor.

So zesty, so fresh, delicious and SUMMERy: The batter has oats, freshly squeezed orange juice, orange pulp, orange zest, wheat flour, sugar, margarine, some dried figs and a touch of vanilla and cinnamon. Everyone loves these. OH YUM!
That addition of dried fig is a nice touch. Fig seeds add crunchy texture. These muffins are moist and delicious with a distinct orange flavour. A perfect breakfast, brunch or even evening or late night snack.
Chocolate sauce makes them complete: Now the final touch is a drizzle of chocolate sauce. Sprinkle some icing sugar to make them even more desirable. Yes, you caught me — I just can’t avoid chocolate. Feel free to skip chocolate sauce if you are not much of a chocolate fan.
