These Salty-Sweet Whole Wheat Onion Crackers are deeply crispy and crunchy. They are somethings you will simply be unwilling to resist. For these crackers I added sugar, but just a little bit. The little sweetness from sugar beautifully compliments the savoury flavour.

Begin by making dough. Add all the spices, flour, oil, salt + sugar and make a stiff dough. Roll the dough and cut into desired shapes. Brush with oil and bake.

Now wait for these crackers to come out of the oven, and meanwhile you can enjoy the fantastic aroma coming out of your kitchen. And there are high chances that your neighbours might want to join you, because they wouldn’t be able to resist the baking aroma.
