Take out your duvet, put on your warm socks, bring on a glass of hot chocolate and lots of these Salty-Sweet Crackers, turn on your favorite movie and you are all set for a winter-y movie night.
They’re actually very simple. Everything gets made in one bowl, then you roll cut and bake. Take a bite, and your mouth is full of sweet-salty onion goodness. That’s the way to do it.
Oh and these are best when served with a steaming hot cup of tea, coffee or hot chocolate. A nice warm glass of milk would also go well. YUM.

Begin by making dough. Add all the spices, flour, oil, salt + sugar and make a stiff dough. Roll the dough and cut into desired shapes. Brush with oil and bake.

In a big bowl combine flour, nigella seeds, garlic powder, salt, sugar, pepper and chopped onions. Mix well with a spoon. Add oil and mix well again.
Add warm water to make stiff dough. Cover with a plastic and set aside for 30 minutes. Dust some dry flour on dough ball and roll out the dough. Poke holes with a fork. Take a round cookie cutter cut out cookie rounds. Repeat this process for the remaining dough as well.
Place parchment paper on baking tray and arrange crackers on it. Brush with oil and bake for about 25 to 30 minutes until they are light brown. Take crackers out of the oven and let them cool down. Enjoy!
